If for any reason your order of Rock-on-a-Roll does not work out, return it for a full refund regardless of its condition. Return shipping is free.

Not sure if you are ordering enough? Get an extra roll. If you don’t need it, return shipping is free.

Got the wrong color? Exchange it and, guess what, return shipping is free.

To return an order, you may call us at 1-877-522-3826 or email us at nwgardens@gmail.com. We will email a prepaid UPS shipping label that you can print and tape the box. When we receive your order, we will credit your paypal or credit card account if the order was placed less than 60 days beforehand. For orders placed more 60 days before we will send you a check through the US mail.
